Our mealplans are designed for you according to your current weight and goals.  Mealplans include weekly check ins.  We have 3 different mealplan and recipes packages.  Our mealplans incorporate all food groups therefore you can eat the same food with your family.  We include carbohydrates, protein, healthy fats, fruits in our mealplans.

OUR MEALPLANS CONSIST OF:

 

  • x2 - 7day mealplans and recipes with portions allocated for each meal and recipe. 

  • Meals are broken down into breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, mid afternoon snack, dinner.

  • A snack list as well as a carbohydrates list with additional snack & carbs options is included.

  • We also provide you with eating out guides and options with portion allowances - to assist you when eating out at any restaurant as well as selected takeout food outlets.

 

 

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR OUR MEALPLAN & RECIPES

  1. Download the assessment form attached at the bottom of this page.

  2. Complete the assessment form and email it to "info@bodyevolutionsa.com".

  3. Someone from our team will be in contact with you.

  4. Make Payment.

  5. Mealplans & Recipes will be emailed to you within 2 days from date of payment.
